Be sure to carefully read the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchase or use of our products implies that you have read and accepted all Terms and Conditions listed.
You may use our graphics in any personal or non-profit project/craft with absolutely no credit given as long as there are NO profits being made. If you are writing a blog post or article about a product you purchased or a freebie offered by Happily After Designs, we require the graphic credit be given with the name of our shop along with a link to our website that links back to ( http://happilyafterdesigns.com ) .
All printable mask file purchases are for personal uses only. You may sell or distribute the physical finished & printed masks if you wish to do so but no altering or reselling of the design files is allowed.
FOR GRAPHIC FILES (CLIPART & SVG)
You may use our graphics commercially with the restriction of providing credit for the graphics to Happily After Designs. This may be done by placing a link back to ( http://happilyafterdesigns.com ) on the same page or listing where the product is being sold/displayed. No extra license needs to be purchased with this option. This option does NOT apply to any of the printable mask products we sell.

FOR EMBROIDERY DESIGNS
No credit is necessary for embroidery designs used to create a finished product.
FOR GRAPHIC FILES (CLIPART & SVG)
If you are using any of our graphics commercially and do not want to place a credit name & link on the listing or display, you will need to purchase a non-credit license from our shop ($20 per graphical set). This license gives you the ability to use our art without letting anyone see where the art originated from. You will need to purchase both the listing you’d like AND the license for each set that you’d like to use without giving credit. This option does NOT apply to any of the printable mask products we sell.
FOR EMBRODERY DESIGNS
You are free to sell any finished item that uses one of our designs. We do not allow the altering or reselling of the digital design files themselves.
Due to all of the products at Happily After Designs being DIGITAL DOWNLOADS, we cannot offer any refunds. All items are immediately delivered electronically after payment is processed. Be sure to read all descriptions of the products you are interested in thoroughly before purchasing to avoid any issues.
- Wholesale or 3rd Party
- Reselling of our graphics and/or claiming them as your own in any way
- Giving any of our graphics away as a freebie or part of a pack/kit/set
- Altering our original graphics & re-selling
- Using our printable mask files in any way other than for personal or finished product selling
